On 30^th Sep 2008, our company organized the full expansions of quality training activities with the theme of “stimulate the potential, hands in hands”. The events got the chairman’s participation of Mr. Yang Rongfu, of which the object at enhancing the company staffs’ solidarity and cooperation, encourage all staffs to unite as one, hands in hands.

　　This training activities was held in JiangSu Maoshan Base, with the using of nature environments and artificial facilities, inspiring the staffs to break their barrier in mind and challenge themselves, and to carry forward the their potential and the inspire of mutual cooperation. Under the guiding of expend teacher, the staff word together to overcome the difficulties one by one, complete remarkably the “ice-breaking journey”, “trust back fall”, “nuggets desert”, “air bridge”, “rock climbing” and other expend projects.

　　This activities makes the employee feel happy at ease and deepen the mutual exchange and communication, meanwhile enhance their sense of solidarity and cooperation, and also strength the staff’s collective honor and sense of belonging, thereby create some sound and positive atmosphere of team.
